  I had the best customer experience at BankSA City branch. Cameron was the gentleman who assisted me and he was fantastic!
  
  He made sure I was informed, he answered all my questions and he was extremely accommodating when I asked to reschedule a few times.He did a spectacular job setting up my accounts!
  
  The gentleman at the reception and branch manager were also so helpful! They offered me drinks as I waited and because I was in a rush, they tried to bump me ahead of schedule.
  
  Stellar service!

  If I could give BankSA 0 stars for this review I would, but I had to put in 1 star to post this. I run a business online and one part of it was compromised so to be safe I cut up all my BankSA cards except one when I never received my card's I took the step of ringing customer service that was a big mistake because the one card I did not cut up he cancelled and when I went to purchase something I was embarrassed I had to ask a friend to help me out. It has been absolute chaos he said he was going to courier a card out to me because of the delay.
  Don't bank on BankSA.

  Just gave up after spending 1hr 15 minutes on hold trying to renew a SMSF term deposit. Transferred twice (Not my area, I can't help).
  No option to request a callback. Obviously not clear what queue you are in.

  SABank ATM took my card on Goodwood Rd CLG. ATM was filthy and after loosing my card screen said cardless transactions only. Spent next 2 hours trying to call you and PCCU to get it resolved only to have to drive into the city to PCCU to do face to face. Not happy! Especially whilst looking after my grandson so I was busy enough with that responsibility! Now 7 day wait for a new card! Seriously!
